All WIGI human hair extensions and wigs are made to order. Production typically takes 5–15 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email.

CANCELLATION

Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 10% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.  

MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?

We accept returns of UNOPENED WIGI Hair Extensions within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, styling products, or odor.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

1. Please contact WIGI customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Letter. Returns sent without this letter will not be accepted.

2. Indicate whether you want a Return or Exchange, and which product/color you would prefer. If your order includes a promotional gift and you request a return, the gift must also be returned.

3. Keep your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities! You are responsible for all return shipping fees.

4. After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow 7-10 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.

• We don't recommend sleeping in clip-ins as it may cause tangling or damage to your natural hair and the extensions. Remove them before bed and store them properly to maintain their quality.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

Use a comb to create a horizontal parting at the crown or midsection of your head. Clip the top layer of your hair up and out of the way.

3. Position the Wire Extension

Place the wire extension over the back of your head like a headband — the invisible wire should sit comfortably and securely around the crown, with the weft resting below the occipital bone. Adjust the wire if needed for the best fit.

4. Cover the Wire

Release the top section of your hair and gently brush it over the wire to fully conceal it. Use your fingers or a tail comb to blend your natural hair with the extension.
