3. YOUR ORDER

Placing an Order. To place an order on www.wigihair.com, You must register and provide accurate personal information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and any other details we request. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and for confirming that you are the person named in the billing details submitted.

Order Acceptance. An order confirmation issued by your card provider does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We review every order for accuracy, and a Contract is formed only once we have verified and accepted it. We may decline an order for reasons that include:

  • Payment authorization cannot be obtained.
  • The item ordered is out of stock.
  • The order is incomplete or inaccurate due to a technical issue beyond our control.

In any of these cases, no Contract will be formed, and We will notify you accordingly.

4. PRICING

Prices on the Website are listed in USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. For international orders, the exchange rate applied is the one set by the bank behind Your credit or debit card, and WIGI is not responsible for differences resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Refunds are issued based on the amount charged on Your original invoice. Prices and promotions are subject to change, and the price in effect at the time Your order is approved is the price You will be charged. Prices listed on the Website do not include international duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply when Your package arrives at its destination – these vary significantly by country and are not covered by WIGI. We recommend checking with Your local customs office for details on any applicable charges.

5. PAYMENT

Full payment for the Goods, and shipping where applicable, is required at the time Your order is placed on www.wigihair.com. We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Afterpay. The Contract between You and WIGI is not formed, and delivery will not take place, until we are satisfied that payment has cleared. We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from Your card issuer declining to authorize payment to WIGI. All credit card transactions on this site are processed through PayPal and Stripe's secure online payment platform, which encrypts Your card and banking details within a secure hosted environment. WIGI does not hold Your credit card details on our Website or in our customer database.

6. DISCOUNT & COUPON

Only one promotional discount or coupon may be applied per order, and it may not be combined with any other offer. Discounts and coupons are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and have no cash value. WIGI reserves the right to modify, remove, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

7. CANCELLATION

Once an order has been accepted and confirmed by email, it cannot be canceled. Production of Your order generally commences within 24 hours of confirmation. To cancel an order before that confirmation email is sent, please contact our customer service team at info@wigihair.com as soon as possible.

8. REGISTRATION

An account is required to shop on this site. The information You provide is stored securely to process Your order and streamline future purchases. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how WIGI manage this information.

9. OPT-IN OPT-OUT POLICY

By agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, or by providing Your phone number and opting in to text updates, You accept that we or our providers may send You text notifications and marketing messages. While the volume may vary based on Your purchase activity, marketing text messages will not exceed 5 per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe from future text messages at any time by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply.
