“WIGI”, “us”, “our” and “we” are references to the owner of this website, WIGI, whose registered business is at 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middle Town, New Castle, 19709; “You”, “Your” and “Yourself” are references to the user or viewer of this website and purchaser of the Goods from us; “Goods” means the items specified in your invoice; “Contract” means the contract between You and WIGI for the sale and purchase of the Goods on www.wigihair.com; “User Agreement” means these terms and conditions; “Website” and “Site” means the www.wigihair.com website and all related content, desktop, and mobile applications; “Materials” means the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for You, either directly or indirectly through this Website.

This User Agreement is subject to modification at any moment and without notice at our discretion. This User Agreement governs all orders and purchases made through this Website. The acquisition of items through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can enter into and create contracts on the Website legitimately under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. By accessing this Website, You agree that You will only use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes. This User Agreement solely applies to purchases made at www.wigihair.com. WIGI products are for sale strictly to individuals [Minimum Age] years of age and older. Misrepresentation of your age is not the responsibility of WIGI.
3. YOUR ORDER
Please read the following carefully about placing an order for Goods on www.wigihair.com: To make purchases using the Website, You must first register and give personal information. You must include their full name, phone number, email address, and any other requested information. You, as the buyer, will be needed to give payment details when ordering things, and You represent and warrant that the payment details You provide on ordering are both valid and correct, and You affirm that You are the person referred to in the billing information provided. When you place an order online, the order confirmation issued by the company that accepts the credit/debit card payment does not indicate our approval of your order. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be processed when it is verified by us to be accurate and within the guidelines set forth in this User Agreement. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example: a/ We are unable to obtain authorization for payment; or b/ The item ordered is out of stock; or c/ The order placed is incomplete or inaccurate due to technical or other reasons beyond our control. In such a case an order placed by You will not be accepted and the Contract between You and Wigi will not be formed.
4. PRICE All
prices listed on the Website are in USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. The bank that provided your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that You will be charged for foreign orders. When the vendor refunds the money charged from the initial WIGI invoice purchased, the amount charged is returned. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any differences caused by exchange rate movements. All prices and promotions remain in effect and as stated from time to time. The pricing posted on the Website at the time the order is approved will be fulfilled. All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives at its final destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out about all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by WIGI.
5. PAYMENT
Payment for the Goods and, if required, shipping must be made at the time the order is placed on this Website. PayPal, Amazon Pay, or a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or AMEX debit or credit card can be used to pay. The Contract between You and Bellami will not be concluded and delivery will not take place until we are satisfied that the money has cleared. We will not be accountable for any delay or non-delivery if the issuer of your credit card refuses to permit payment to WIGI. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment platform, PayPal, that encrypts your card and/or banking details in a secure host environment. WIGI does not hold any credit card details on our Website or in our customer database.
6. DISCOUNT / COUPON
Per order, only one promotional discount/coupon can be utilized. A promotional discount/coupon may not be combined with any other offer or discount. Promotional discounts/coupons are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. WIGI retains the right, at any time, to remove, change, or cancel a discount offer.
7. CANCELLATION
Orders submitted cannot be canceled once accepted via a confirmation email sent to You of acceptance of the order. Generally, items ordered from this site are shipped out 24-48 hours from the time that the order was submitted. To cancel an order placed before an acceptance email is generated, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
8. REGISTRATION
All users must be registered in order to shop on this site. The information you submit is recorded in our database so that we can complete your order and make future purchases easier and faster. For more information on how WIGI manages this information, please check our Privacy Policy.
