Our Policy

WIGI hair extension sets qualify for an exchange within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. All WIGI Hair Extensions must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and protective lace intact, and must be shipped back in the original packaging. The packaging must not be defaced in any way, or an exchange/refund will not be issued. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@wigihair.com. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team to ensure that your return will be processed and received properly.

STEPS DETAILS
1. Contact Customer Care Please contact us at info@wigihair.com. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process within 24 hours. We do not process returns that are sent without contacting us first.
2. Confirm Exchange or Return Indicate whether you would like an EXCHANGE (and specify the desired color) or a RETURN.
  • If you choose an exchange and there is a price difference, we will send an invoice via email for payment.
  • If your order included a free gift from a promotion and you are doing a return, please send the free gift back. Free gifts only apply to exchanges.
  • For faster processing, we encourage returning for a refund and re-ordering the set you want to avoid waiting for return processing.
3. Ship Back with Tracking Keep your tracking number so we can confirm your package is safely delivered.
  • WIGI is not responsible for items returned without a tracking number.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the set.
  • FedEx is not recommended for returns as they charge non-refundable return fees.
4. Review & Refund Timeline Allow 7–10 business days from delivery for a representative to notify you.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service; WIGI is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after the returned item is received.
