All WIGI human hair extensions and wigs are made to order. Production typically takes 5–15 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email.

TRACK ORDER

CANCELLATION

Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 10% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.  

MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?

We accept returns of UNOPENED WIGI Hair Extensions within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, styling products, or odor.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

1. Please contact WIGI customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Letter. Returns sent without this letter will not be accepted.

2. Indicate whether you want a Return or Exchange, and which product/color you would prefer. If your order includes a promotional gift and you request a return, the gift must also be returned.

3. Keep your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities! You are responsible for all return shipping fees.

4. After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow 7-10 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.

Can I sleep in clip-ins?

• We don't recommend sleeping in clip-ins as it may cause tangling or damage to your natural hair and the extensions. Remove them before bed and store them properly to maintain their quality.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

• To keep your WIGI human hair wig looking their best, gently wash them with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangle them with a wide-tooth comb, and air dry whenever possible.
• Avoid excessive heat styling and store them in a clean, dry place when not in use.

1. Prepare Your Hair

Start with clean, dry hair. Don’t forget to brush your hair to remove any tangles.

2. Section Your Hair

Section your hair where you want to add volume or coverage. Use a comb to create a horizontal section of hair at the nape of your neck. Clip the rest of your hair out of the way to keep it secure.

3. Attach The Clip Weft

Open the clips on the hair wefts and position them close to the roots in the prepared sections. Snap the clips to secure them firmly.

4. Continue to Layer the Extensions

Release another section of hair above the first and apply the next clip weft. Continue this process until achieve the desired look. Use smaller wefts for the top or side sections to create a natural look.

5. Blend and Style

Use a brush or fingers to gently blend the clip ins with your natural hair for a seamless look. You can curl, straighten them as desired to achieve a full finish.
