All WIGI human hair extensions and wigs are made to order. Production typically takes 5–15 business days after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email.
TRACK ORDER
Once your order is successfully placed on wigihair.com, you will receive a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION
Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 10% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled.
MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
We accept returns of UNOPENED WIGI Hair Extensions within 30 days of you receiving your order.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage, styling products, or odor.
Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
MAY I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes. We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
1. Please contact WIGI customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Letter. Returns sent without this letter will not be accepted.
2. Indicate whether you want a Return or Exchange, and which product/color you would prefer. If your order includes a promotional gift and you request a return, the gift must also be returned.
3. Keep your tracking number so we can confirm your package has been safely delivered to our shipping facilities! You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
4. After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow 7-10 business days from the date the return is delivered to be notified by a representative.
Wrap your natural hair using a wig cap → Put on the wig and trim the excess lace → Use glue to secure the lace.
When removing the wig during the day and reapplying it later (depending on the customer’s schedule), it is not necessary to completely remove the wig. For more comfort while sleeping, you can use remover to detach the front part → When you want to wear it again, simply reapply glue as usual.
