How do I install a U-Part wig?
Leave out a section of your natural hair through the U opening, clip the wig around the crown and nape, then blend your leave-out over the part for a seamless look.

Position your V-Part wig so the small V-shaped opening sits at the crown of your head. You can choose to leave out a small section of your natural hair to blend with the wig or wear it without any leave-out. If you leave hair out, gently comb and layer your real hair over the V opening for a flawless, natural blend. Adjust the elastic band and clips until the wig feels comfortable and secure.

How do I wash my human hair wig?
Use sulfate-free shampoo with cold or lukewarm water. Gently apply conditioner, rinse thoroughly, blot dry with a towel, and air dry on a mannequin head. Avoid twisting or scrubbing.
How often should I wash curly vs straight wigs?
Curly wigs typically need washing every 4–8 weeks, depending on wear frequency and product buildup. Straight wigs can go longer between washes.
Can I use heat tools on WIGI wigs?
Yes, you can. Use a heat protectant and set your tools to a moderate temperature. Avoid excessive heat and always style gently.
How should I store my wig when not in use?
Keep it on a mannequin head or in a silk storage bag, away from sunlight, humidity, and dust.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email — this only confirms that your order has been received and may not yet include a tracking number.

What is WIGI’s cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order at no cost before it’s been packaged. A 10% restocking fee applies once the order is packed. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or missing items?
Keep all original packaging, take photos, and email support at info@wigihair.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the claim process.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes vary by destination and are the customer’s responsibility. WIGI is not liable for these additional fees.

What is WIGI’s return policy?
Only UNOPENED WIGI hair extensions qualify for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, with all tags and protective lace intact in the original packaging.

Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service (avoid FedEx due to non-refundable fees). Once your return is received, processing takes 7–10 business days, and refunds are issued within 1–5 business days after approval.
